Some days ago the customer call me to resolve the 1C loading problem.
It was not a critical error but it was necessary to fix the challenge. I take the subway that time but decided not to process the ticket to IT Center support team. Sony smartphone, mobile service provider 4G and Citrix that's enough to fix the customer's problem within five minuits.
