IT REPARO anounce

We are only too glad to announce our new web project: IT REPARO!

Do you remember Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone and its wonderful stage with Hermione who uses magic to fix Harry's glasses: Oculus Reparo! Sometimes helpdesk is a magic too so the operation name of our helpdesk project was it reparo! To our surprise the name has become naturalized.

IT REPARO! is a ticket-based system. Ticket is created by customer and at the same time it processed to IT Center engineer. All ticket's stages (new, in process, done) are control by soft and smart feedback accelerations.

Project testing group was complete by students of IT college. That's why we are sure that the working with IT REPARO! is very simple and usability. However we published the colorful PDF user guide with a lot of screenshots which can explain 99% of the whole IT REPARO! questions.
