Warehouse improvement: biometric authentication system implementation
One of IT Center's customer has a huge warehouse with working the clock round employees.
The headers disclose the reclassification problems and a lot of mistakes in goods dispatches. Situation analysis defines that part of loader leaves the warehouse by persons being on duty. Natural they couldn't cope with a situation. There is the warehouse inside The Moscow Beltway so almost every dispatch takes place in the evening.
IT Center was requested by Customer's leader for implementation the troubleproof and unexpensive recording of working time software.
Physical-key access systems are not suitable for the solution. This key could be passed to duty person, it's easy to make its copies, etc. That's why IT Center's solution is recording of working time software with biometric authentication by Anviz D200.
Anviz D200 operates in standalone mode. The stockman verificates twice a day: at the beginning of his tour and at the end. For the monitoring warehouse's header needs to connect the device to his computer by USB and to copy the attendance record. Basic function unit lets to analyse the records and to draw conclusion.
The implementation result is here: loaders have a lot of time for their duty now. The reclassification problems and customer's peeves shrink to a nullity.
